Tata Indicom Broadband — CONNECTION FRAUD | |||
DEAR SIR, I HAVE PAID AN AMOUNT OF RS 562/- AS INSTALLATION CHARGES ON THURSDAY THE 10TH OF NOV 2011 FOR A BROADBAND CONNECTION IN TATA INDICOM .WHILE APPLYING FOR THE CONNECTION A PERSON FROM THE COMPANY USED TO REGULARLY COME TO OUR HOUSE REQUESTING TO TAKE A CONNECTION. LATER ON TAKING THE MONEY FROM US ON AS INSTALLATION CHARGES HE IS NOT AT ALL INSTALLING IT. HE IS WORKING IN TATA INDICOM WE CALLED HIS MANAGER ALSO EVEN HE IS HOPELESS AND VERY LAZY THEY SAY THAT NOW IT MIGHT TAKE A WEEK OR SO IF POSSIBLE.THEY HAVE NO CLEAR DETAILS OF INSTALLATION AND ALSO DOESN'T RESPOND TO CUSTOMERS WELL. PLEASE PUNISH SUCH FAKE COMPANIES WHO JUST PLAY AROUND AS BIG ONES BUT THEY ARE WASTE FOR NOTHING. Was this information helpful? | |||
