Tata Indicom — most of time its goes not reachable

hello this is rajesh i bought ur tata indicom huawei cellphone with connection. 3 months ago. from thise days i m facing a problem. my number is [protected] it goes not reachale most of times. i comlaint u three and four times.but i did not get good response from ur side.i got complant no. only. my complaint no. are ptc[protected] and ptc[protected] all time ur gave me complaint no. only.but now i m tired to get complaint no.please solve my problem.other wise.i will go consumer court. i hope u will solve my promlem as soon as possible.thank u
