[Resolved] TATA Indicom Postpaid — Wrong Billing Charge | |||
I, Naresh Kumar, a Tata Indicom post paid user from past two years. The personal details are as under :- Mobile number :- [protected] Account Number :[protected] Customer name :- Naresh Kumar Tariff Plan :- CMO NEW DIET 199 PLAN I have received a bill for the amount Rs.1,188/- for January 2013, Rs.1,956/- for February, 2013 and Rs.2,781/- for March 2013 during respective billing cycles. 1. In the bill it seems that, I have been charged wrongly for the SMS Pack of Rs.30 (Value Added Services ). As per the additional pack, I get 1Paisa national & local SMS per month but it looks like I have been charged Rs.510/-for January, 2013, Rs.475/- for February, 2013 & Rs.325/-for March, 2013 had been charged extra plus Service Tax. I spoke to customer care of Tata Indicom and the person confirmed the same. 2. Similarly under "CMO Unlimited T2T Local+[protected]@149_Sec Pack Value Added Services", discounts are not provided as per my plan. It seems I have been overcharged Rs.116/- for January, 2013, Rs.106/- for February,2013 & Rs.106/- for March, 2013 had been charged extra plus service Tax. I spoke to customer care of Tata Indicom and the person confirmed the same. Please help me solve this issue and thereby adjusting the amount unbilled also let me know about further proceedings. I recieved a call from custmer care that I have to pay Rs 90 up to 26 while the service is free for two months &unlimited use for new connection .Then why you prefer as free means first you attract the custmer then you make them fool .I want to know why I have to pay charge while my service is free.

hello,i'm known as Rama Prasad.N,
i have put a new sim in my tata indicom mobile. may be it has got activated at something like 2pm and i have got a recharge of 120rs to activate it,and in the eve i have got -(minus)200 and above negative balance. I asked them to the call centre , they told that i have been playing a damn game from afternoon right from the time i activated it but it was completley locked at that time till i did a call in the evening and something which is the perfetly redicule.. and that i have tried to call 12527 for the balance enquiry that whether to know that my account has got activated or not at around 2:40 pm of the same day but i was told it has not been activated yet.("you dont have this serive for your phone") then i thought it hasnt got activated.but when i asked to call center guy he told me that i have been playing that game right from afternoon 2:30pm till 5:00pm which it hasnot yet been activated yet. they by 5pm after i tried to call i got it. i got the network. and in the evening seven i have got -200 balance . thnaking you in anticipation.hope you people would really consider my complaint.My NO. TATA Indicom — Wrong Bill.
I have a Tata Indicom Post Paid no for a few months no, in the month of September I was on raoming services for college purposes. After I returned and saw the bill for that month I asked for a detail bill in which I found out WRONG CALL CHARGES worth Rs. 400 and when i called the customer care regarding this than they registered wrong complaints TWICE and continously told me to go to a nearby TATA INDICOM office, and when i went there those people simply registered my complaint and said that sir we cannot solve this and only our back office can do it this kept on happening and i visited the office sevaral times with no solution to my problem. One day on Diwali day i got a call from Tata Indicom no. of Chandigarh and had i talk with Mr. Ajay who was one of the team leaders there. HE checked all the details of the detailed bill with me on phone and ALSO AGREED THAT THE BILL WAS WRONG but said that IT WAS A GENUINE HUMAN MISTAKE AND THAT NO WAIVER WOULD BE GIVEN AND THAT I WOULD STILL HAVE TO PAY THE BILL. Now Why should I pay the bill. IHAVE ALREADY REGISTERED A COMPLAINT WITH THE CONSUMER FORUM BUT NO ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN. SO I REQUEST YOU TO KINDLY LOOK INTO MY MATTER. THANK YOU.
