Tata Indicom — Security Deposit Refund | |||
I have been a customer of Tata Indicom from several years. My name is :- 'Chetan Oza' My CDMA postpaid connection number is - '[protected]' I have received a check for my security deposit in the name of 'Chetal Oza' instead of 'Chetan Oza' I have been told by the customer Service Representatives to produce an affidavit for correction. I have provided all the necessary documents and forms with correct spelling and name. I want the check to be reissued in the name of 'Chetan Oza' Please look into the matter and oblige.
