[Resolved]  Tata Indicom — to know a mobile number

tata indicom wireless phone — No Support

I had procured a Tata Indicom Wireless landline three years ago. Now I got a IBM loptop which is having USB port only not having serial port. While getting that line they committed that internet can be connected from that phone. Now that model they have provided is not having a USB port connection. I am not able to connect the internet through the serial port they have provided with the phone.

They asked me to change the telephone model what i am having and i have to pay Rs. 1000 for changing this. The facility what they are giving for connecting internet should support laptop and desktop if not means its there technical impotency they have to give solution for that.

Then the battery in the phone gone off i called there customer care they are saying to procure it from the market they wont be providing.

I never seen such a customer care in my life. The phone wireless phone is a useless phone while talking most of the time the line is getting disconnected.

Apologies for the inconvenience caused to you. We will not be able to provide any details of any other customer. You can call back the customer and ask him the details. Else you will need to file a FIR with the local police station and take a copy of the FIR to the nearest Tata Indicom Shop for further actioning.

TATA Indicom — disturbing by calling in my cell no.

i hav taken a sim card frm tataindicom showroom situated in patna(bihar) near g.p.o postoffice patna beside the gpo golomber abt 6 month ago.my cell no is [protected].and the person who is given me connection is usually disturbing me .when i had opposes me then he abuses me .now he has spread the no in some brutal persons .im very much worry dt, he had my aaddresss proof also.is this a way dt how cheap pepole tata has given in their showroom . they do nt keep secret of their costumers

i want my mobile number details and last dialed calls and etc...

i want to full detail of mobile no.

many no. o[censored]nwanted calls come on my mobile by a tata no.[protected], please give its address so that i can be smoothly get away of this unwanted problem on my ID

TATA Indicom — informaition regarding number

plz provide me information regarding a prepaid number of tata indicom. This guy is calling me and messaging me for past 2-3 mnths. I already told him that i dont know who are you but he is not ready to understand. He is getting offensive now. I need info urgently. The number is [protected]. Plz help me on urgent basis. I have taken Tata Indicom Prepaid connection on 23-Apr-09, immediately they activated that connection and I have submited all documents on same time only, but on 26-Apr-09 afternoon my cell deactivated when I called to customer care they told me that your documents still not reach to us so we have disconnected this connection till today it's not activated?

last feb 12th i received a call from tis number [protected] then i called that number but no response so i need address of that number
