Tata Indicom — Poor Network, STD Barred, Not Increased credit limit since 5 months, Fake Promise, Poor Customer Care Service and many more..........

Dear Sir/Ma'm,

My Name is Jitendra and using a Tata Indicom Postpaid mobile connection # [protected]. The day took this connection, Tata Indicome has made my life hell. I called Tata Indicom sales number and desired to take a new connection, the very next day I got a call that they are sending the executive to collect the payment and documents. They sent it and executive came to my address directly. But they took 7-8 to activate my connection. Reason: address is in NDPL(I don't know what is this). When I complained about this. They again took my documents and then after so many request/ complaints they activated my number.
When they have to take some money sale a connection, they will do work in Rocket speed. when they have to serve someone, speed will be poorer than an ant.

Now come to second point, very very very poor network, poor connectivity and Always call dropping and result customer have to pay more.

When they activated my connection, they told me that your credit limit will be increased after every two months depending your usage. But till yet, same credit limit Rs. 1500.

I am running an NGO in the name of JEEVANRAKSHAK. And most of our work depends on cellphone. So, I thought to take Tata Indicom for little saving. In my airtel my credit limit is Rs. 5500. After taking Tata Indicom I changed my airtel number tarrif plan to minimal rental, hence call rates increased. Now, Tata Indicom has disconnected my STD. Now again I have to use Airtel. Its my loss.

Last time same problem occured and requested increase my credit limit or disconnect the connection. Someone from Tata Indicom called me and told me that not to go for disconnection and they have already increased my Credit Limit. (Fake Promise.. Poor Tata Indicom ). No credit limit increased. and my STD Barred.
Now, Let me tell you a very interesting fact. In Tata Indicom I am having a plan of Rs. 275 rental, in which every call /SMS in india (National/Local) is just Rs. 0.50
So, Either i make STD or Local it will cost me only .50 but, still they have barred my STD. I don't think so that local calls cost is not included in credit limit.

So, My request is only one, Either increase my credit limit and activated my STD
or
Disconnect my connection. I am not going to give any interim payment to Tata Indicom, I donot believe these poor guys now.

My outstanding amout that I will pay by cheque only and at the time of my due date.

If you can re activate my STD without any interim payment. do it or disconnect the service.


Message to All: Friends Be aware, please think [protected] times before purchasing a new connection of Tata Indicom. Because you cannot use the mobile handset after disconnecting it. That will the waste of money and Resale value of Tata Indicome handset is almost in 70 % depreciation.
And a single rupee matters sometime.

My Name is Sandeep and using a Tata Indicom Postpaid mobile connection +91-[protected]. Sir i purchased this number from Mahender Gupta, Shiva Communication, 7B, MIE, NEAR AGGARWAL PROPERTIES, RED CROSS CHOWK, DELHI-ROHTAK ROAD, BAHADURGARH, HARYANA,
on the purchasing time they promiss me that they will deliver my bill on time or collect payment before duedate but they don't send my bill on time. i have to remember them or request please send my bill then they send my bill. some time i have to pay extra charges dueto theire careless. so please take a suitable action or deliver my bill on time or collect payment before due date .

or
Disconnect my connection. I am not going to give any interim payment to Tata Indicom, I donot believe these poor guys now.
