Tata Indicom — Tata Indicom Prepaid Recharge // Amt. deducted from A/c. but still not received the credit

I recharged my Mob. [protected] from my ICICI Bank A/c. for Rs.100/- on 8th October with transaction ID:[protected], but still no credit is been passed on to my Account.

Dear sir,

I am a prepaid customer for the last one year. My no is [protected]. I used to recharge my mobile with the special card offer of RS 30 for mobile to mobile 49paise tata to tata 10 pasie.
One retailer said that there is one scheme of RS 251 for life time special offer for mobile to mobile 49paise and tata to tata 10paise. we need not put Rs 30 for every month. it is life time offer. So i have recharged for RS 251 on 8 th october. he recharged through the ECS option. On that day evening i just confirm with the Customer care officer . he also told that u r in special offer for life time. But today 9th october i just make a call for only 2 mts. But the charge for that two minutes is 75 paise for a minute. so i have called the customer care and thay said that ur plan has changed from 49 paiset o 75 paise valid for 6 months only. kindly help me to get back the money or change the scheme.

MY name is Dimple & i stay in Gurgaoni have got a tata data card which was bought in Maharashtra & its no is [protected], which i want to use in Gurgaon.
Please guide me what procedure do i have to follow to get it recharge, & kindly provide the address in gurgaon if i've to go to any outlet & get it recharge.
N please tell me the procedure of online payment as well.

i got a message from tata indicom that if i recharge with a minimum of rs.25 then they will give me an extra 100 local minutes on all networks and i recharged my mobile with the given amount but i have not got any intimation from tata indicom that they have given it to me or not
