[Resolved]  Tata Indicom — charging despite confirming non chargeable

Sir - despite lot of followup on their customer care people they are not addressing my issue and only say wait for our call. now their calls are coming through nonsense people who do not have etiquates even how to talk. please look into the matter.

YOUR RESPONSE HAS FORCED ME TO WRITE TO TRAI FOR COMPLAINING YOUR SYSTEM, PROCESSES AND DEALING ETIQUETTES WITH CLIENTS.

Despite this interaction and assurance for resolving excess billing problem one month has been passed and again this month I received another bill for payment.
