There is no any problem solved by Delhi Nodal officer since December-2009
I am facing problem
According to my Corporate 2500 Platinum Plan My facility provide by Tata Indicom
Local+STD call unlimited Free All Network
sms Local & National An Network Unlimited Free
Data Usage Charges is Unlimited Free

In Roaming
Incoming call Unlimited Free
Outgoing Call chargeable
Data Usage Unlimited Free
SMS Unlimited Local & National Any Network Free

ISD Chargable

But without my consent you are changing plan i have been received Bill then i get information my plan is change by you
I have already inform you i am facing lots of problem since November 2009
In Every month my outgoing call is bared by you Because wrong Bill generate by you,Data usage charge is applicable in my Bill,i am facing this problem in every bill,i raised complain in customer care,customer care people say sorry or waive off my Dta usage charged and promise me next Bill not happen this mistake again,but i am still facing this problem in each bill,always and every month Bared my outgoing call by you,Always facing Handset Black Berry but no any solution by you
Now i am surprised and shock when my plan is completely changed by you

TATA Indicom — SMS after every outgoing call

I am a prepaid subscriber of TATA INDICOM my number is [protected]. Recently TATA INDICOM introduced a NUISANCE SMS after completion of every outgoing call giving the call details and balance which is being sent as a SMS to the INBOX. This facility was introduced by people at TATA INDICOM who very well knew that CDMA does not support FLASH SMS and for this reason it is stored in the INBOX.

I feel people who are responsible for giving this useless SERVICE which is a nuisance to subscribers should be given capital punishment.HOPE after this the service or rather USELESS SERVICE is disbaled by TATA INDICOM
