Dear Sir,
Near about 15 days before I had taken 48 rs. net pack but net have not working on my mobile since then( 13-14 days before).And when I access tata zone written message appears unable to verify your account information .And when I did contact with customer care they also hadn't solve my problem & now when I try to contact customer care then I always get msg. from computer that hamare sabhi customer care adhikari abhi dusre grahko ki seva me vyast hain. And this is happening from about 10 days before , since then my call is not connecting with the customer care
