Tata Indicom — without consent prepaid balance deducted

Dear Sir,

This to inform you that today my tata indicom mobile no. [protected] balance was reduced by Rs 30 without my consent and when i try to complain the same issue with customer care executive Mr. Vikas he spoke very rudely and disconnect the call by saying that your deducted balance could not be refunded. It is so disgusting that without the acceptance of customer, how you people deduct the balance??
It was my humble request that please refund my Rs 30 as soon as possible as I had not given any request to subscribe any sms facility towards my number ([protected]).
I had also the complaint no. 335964 with Tata indicom but still seeking for my refund of balance.

Hi,

As per your request the date is 20th-Aug-2011 when my balance is deducted by Rs 30 and received a message from tata indicom that your request has been accepted where I had not given any request to subscribe any sms facility towards my number ([protected]).

I had also the complaint nos. 335964, 336049, 336056, 337128 but when I try to see what is the status of my complain nos then all the above complaint nos shows closed status without any conversation or resolving the above issue.

Seeking your biased dicision on the above issue. I had also discuss the same issue with my lawyer he also advice to go into consumer forum for further legal proceedings and demand for compensation.

TATA Indicom — Balance Issue- prepaid

The complaint is regarding tata indicom prepaid. The company own its own activates the caller tunes and deducts the amount. On complaining the co., it is not ready to listen to us. This has been the case in our 4-5 numbers and the co. deducts around rs. 50 every month. Moreover last time I made recharge of Rs. 50 but it was not credited in my balance. On enquiring with the CC cell, I got the reply that I have not made such recharge although I have receipt with me and the CC cell said that do whatever I can do but they will not credit the amount.

I am in a big trouble as I am using the worst service provider, pls help me.
