I REQUEST YOU TO PLEASE TAKE AN IMMEDIATE ACTION AGAINST THE TATA INDICOM SERVICE OFFICE AT SYMBAZAR IN KOLKATA ,WEST BENGAL.

SIR I PURCHASE A WALKY PHONE No ([protected]) BEFORE 3-4 MONTH WITH A FREE MOBILE PHONE BUT UNFORTUNATELY THE WALKY GOT BRIKEN WITHIN ONE MONTH WHICH I ALREZADY INFORM TO THEM IN THR No ([protected]) CENTRE NO. AFTER THAT TILL TODAY DATE I DIDN'T GOT ANY BILL BY POST OR BY EMAIL. BUT SUDDELY A PHONE CAME FROM THE No ([protected]) TOLD ME THAT THEY CALLED FROM DELHI AS I HAVE NOT SUBMITTED MY BILL OF rS 1612.00 THEY ARE GOING TO SUBMIT MY BILL TO COURT BY TOMMORROW. AND WHEN I CALL TO SYMBAZAR OFFICE Ms PRIYANKA FROM THEIR PICK UP THE PHONE AND SIMPLE IGORE THEMATTER AND ASKED TO CONTACT WITH CUSTOMER CARE AND WHEN I ASKED FOR THE EMAIL ID THEY TOLD ME THAT THERE OWNER ARE NOT IN OFFICE WHEN THEY COME AT 6.30 THEN ONLY THEY WILL GIVE THE ID.

SO SIR I AM IN TROUBLE NOW PLEASE ARRANGE TO TAKE THE MATTER OF SYMBAZAR OFFICE AND TEACH THEM A RIGHT LEASON AND HELP ME.

TATA Indicom — Harasement

I have taken tata indicom 3 months ago. last one month i have faced problem while am going to call and also receive, after inspection indicom technitian suggest me to take tata 10 as walky is not catching network as the location is border of purulia and asansol so it caches purulia though phone belongs to asansol region. from hydrabad (thir corporate office) also called me several times and all the time they insist me to take tata 10 and for that i have to contact the tata hub and have to pay rs 500/- as migration charge , they are not at all hear that the fault is completely their and for that why shuould i pay?? after repeated conversation they are not at all interested to provide me the service and taking monthly charges with out giving the proper service. during the time of installation also they are not saying anything about that. please suggest what can i do to solve this problem.

my mobile number [protected] getting more than 3 calls from tataindicom offering to get joke alerts, tunes, cricket alerts and many telemarketing informations. I am not intrested in those offers. Kindly stop sending such messages and stop calling to my mobile.

TATA Indicom — non update of bill payment

my photon+ no is [protected]. i have pay Rs.1250 on 8/12/2010 but tata indicome customer care is showing my unbilled amount is 2525 on 31/12/10
when i call on 121 on they tell me ur last month outstanding bill is Rs. 1212
still now i am just complainting they tell me to wait just 24hr on every day
i have also sent a fax on 66551313.
