[Resolved] Tata Indicom — threatening calls | |||
I was the subscriber of tata indicom-Walky services; I took this service for my mother as she is not well. I am staying abroad since last 4 years, and I was not aware what happening with the services, 1day I called up my mother and come to know that our no. is disconnected to due to non payment of bill. When I checked I came to know we were charged for internet connection and international calls where I don’t have computer at home and no ISD service on my connection. Then how we were charged for all these? My mother visited several times to there outlets to complaint about the same and they accepted it was charged wrongly and we will reverse these amount. Till now nothing has been rectified and I visited India few months back to see my mother, I start receiving calls from different no. in which they were threatening and abusing me for the non payment of bill. My account no.[protected] I am in the hospital to see my relative but I relieved a call from police and advocate making payment in 1 hour. I think this a new way to looting innocent people. I really don’t understand what this is all about. I am totally disappointed with this. I am looking forward to hear fair response from TATA Janesh [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
