Tata Indicom — Not Recharge but amount Deducted in my bank a/c

my mobile no.[protected](Krishna s kadam) we recharge every time for online but this time i recharge today 12.30pm(14.10.2010) Rs.102,102,102,102 Four Time But not recharge sucesful in my mobile. i call to tata indecom call centar they told me call to biildesk & i call to biil desk they told me call to tata indecom, & also call to bank they told me you call after 3 day for complent whta i do sir, pl reply me
