TATA Indicom Mobile — I cannot send messages properly from last one month | |
I have a tata indicom no. i cannot send or receive messages properly with this no. I have to workout most of the deals with my rock band on messages and this problem is troubling me alot. Even if I get the delivery report the message takes atleast 4-5 hours to be delivered. And sometimes it even takes a day or two. I called customer care many times to register a complaint but everytime I got the same reply that the problem is with the other network not ours. and when I asked 'are all the networks faulty except yours?' they disconnected the phone . Tata Indicom Mobile — Unauthorised subscription of stock update and deduction of money from my prepaid account

Since about 1 month service provider is subscribing stock update on my above mentioned no.and money is deducted from my pre-paid account.When I complaint to help line they unsubscribe the facility ,sometime they return my money to my pre paid account and sometimes not.Yesterday my acc.balance was 89 Rs.they subscribed the same and deducted money.On complaining to them they unsubscribed the facility but my money was not returned to my acc.
My complint is to ask is there any body who can stop this neusance and help the costomers?
