Thanks for the information, May i known the the reason for not able to process the request when the complaint has been logged from the online tool.
And as per my knowledge there is no tata docomo branch office located at kamareddy.
Request to action this on priority because we are facing lot of issues and as your aware radiation and smoke from the tower causes many health issues.
Request to escalate the issue to higher authorities.

Atleast some one from your team are checking the online complaints logged by customers.
Respond ASAP. Its been mentioned in the above email to call us but till date there is no call or response from your team.
