TATA Indicom Photon+ — unable to reach customer care - tries umpteen number of times | |
I have taken up a Tata Photon+ connection and my account number is[protected]. I took a plan for Rs 950 where i was told there is a trial period of month and no charges would be levied for the first month. I got a bill amounting to Rs 372 for the first month. Under the plan I am entitled for a 10 GB download per month. My current bill says that plan allows only 2 GB. i might be reading the bill the wrong way, but when I call up the numbers that are mentioned on the bill for customer care, there are no responses for hours. The numbers that I have reached out to are [protected] and[protected]. I have been trying to contact these people for a month now, but in vain.
