[Resolved] Tata Indicom — Unable To get Recharge | |||
Dear Sir/madam I Recharged my TataIndicaom Mob No [protected] from TataIndicom Website(www.TataIndicom.com) twice time with 222 Rs.And I did not get recharge balance so I complained to TataIndicom Custome Care and I got a got Two call form Executive of Tata Indicom as they told that My Problem will be resolve within two days and They told It will take max Time 30 april 2010 till 2.30 Pm. But Till Now I am not getting any response from Tata Indicom. When I am trying to contact the Customer Care Executive They disconnet my call. and I also write mail to the Customer Care But again I unable to get any response. My Complaint No-153266 And this Is My Transaction ID-$82171867, $ 82167862 through which my Balance deduct from Union Bank Of India.
