[Resolved] TATA Indicom Prepaid — Poor customer care & Activate services not required by itself | |
I am having a tata indicom prepaid connection in Bihar which is on my Father's Name and the Number is [protected], which my mothers uses. When i checked then many services like recipe alerts and all are activated by itself and since my parents were ignorant about activation of these services and they always asked me about reduction in balance so when i checked found services active for which when i contacted customer care to complain and a lady picked up whose name i don't remember and when i complained her that how come its possible that services get started itself as she was not giving proper response before also she told me that sir please talk professional and hangout my phone and locked the number and now i am even not able to connect to customer care. TATA Indicom — TATA Indicom service is very poor!
I m Shilpa from jogeswari ( east ). From last 4 days , there is no network available for my landline phone.Plz check the same otherwise i'l go to cunsumer court.

I(Divya Medicals) have an Easy Plus Sim bearing no.[protected].It's validity started from 1st March 2008 and closed on 30th June 2008. Its validity should be renewed at every 3 months interval.However, the validity of this sim is not renewed even after 27 days of expiry.
Kindly do the need ful.

I have two post paid connections i.e one mobile phone (No.[protected]) and one walkey(No.6534180). I would like to surrender both the phones immediately. Kindly do the needful for closing the account.

Hi,I am highly dissapointed with your product and the service. Niw I have completely lost my faith in you. People who are working inthe customer care are not so loving. they speak as a parot. they do not reply to the customer. I am from Jharkhand, I wanted to contitue to use your service but tyour poor service made me to choose some other option.
Also you have narrowed down the inquiry facility, your customer care people dont even know good Hindi and English.
Suggestion.
Your market segmentation, possition and target is excellent but you people are no able to do the follow up. You have very narrow dream. you are finding difficult to make the long run market.

TATA Indicom — ITs not working -customer care service is poor
I Arivalagan from Chennai. Want to load a complaint that my broadband connection is not working from 7th March 2008... I m a regular user and when i am trying to connect i get error message as "server not found"... If tata will fix it I'll be really thankful.
