tata indicom mobile prepaid no. — mobile no. not start from purchase date

dear sir i have purchase mobile conaction no is [protected] on 14/04/2008 but from same day to till today this no. can not be started after complaint in customer care the told that docoument not received in our end, ewe have submitted id proof two tims in delar shop and one time in tata true value shop but after many remainder no any solusation

I had given my mobile for repair in tata service center in vasai from last two month
but they didn't repair my mobile yet. The warranty period of mobile is till 8th Feb 2009.
