While taking connection i had paid security deposit which i have not received till date. I'm not able to receive my emails.
Sender is getting messages that email address [protected]@vsnl.com is invalid so server has rejected your email.

Please note that i am able to login to my account and there i am not finding any information /error related to this issue.

Please help as i may be losing my very important incoming emails.

I trying to port this number 2 or 3 times but another company said your port code is not valid i am trying to recharge this but no recharges available.

This is regarding my vsnl email a/c : [protected]@vsnl.com. I am not able to send or receive any emails on this email id. I am facing this problem since 29th june 2019. Everything was working fine before. I am not receiving any emails even on webmail.
