Tata indicom — unable to send or receive mails on vsnl webmail

We are not able to received any email from my vsnl webmail accout :
Our id [protected]@md5. Vsnl.net.in and we received error message "smtp authentication unsuccessful or account suspended"

Kindly help us this issue, this email id is our main business and our alternative new email id :[protected]@gmail.com

    unable to send or receive mails on vsnl webmail

    I am unable to access my vsnl webmail accout : [protected]@vsnl.net
    It gives the error: "smtp authentication unsuccessful or account suspended"
    Kindly help as this is the account of city college principal and is being used for all official communication.

    Dear sir / madam, this is regarding my vsnl a/c [protected]@vsnl.net in the name of mr. Uma shankar almal. I am not able to send or receive any emails on this email id. I am facing this problem since 9th may. Everything was working fine before. I am not receiving any emails even on webmail. When i send an email to [protected]@vsnl.net from any other id, i am getting the below bounce back error message - "reason: there was an error while attempting to deliver your message with [subject: test message] to [protected]@vsnl.net. Mta p3plwbeout04-03. Prod. Phx3. Secureserver.net received this response from the destination host ip - 203.13.40.10 - 554, 554-5.7.1 : recipient address rejected: user is suspended
    554 5.7.1 please see http://support.mailhostbox.com/email-administrators-guide-error-codes/ for explanation of the problem." i am not able to receive emails even on my microsoft outlook. I have been calling the customer care number regularly but the phone numbers given on the website does not exist. I have been using this email id for more than 15 years now and it was really very surprising at the level of service. I am really facing a problem since this is my official id and since i am not receiving emails, this is hampering my business immensely. I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible.       Last year my phone was not working every dealer told me to port as tata will shut down. I confirmed the same with customer care. They assured that tata will not shut down and advised me to recharge 41 and then my mobile was working fine. Suddenly recently my phone is not working. No office is replying. Even officers are not replying. I got email saying that i will not get same number. Some years back videocon had same problem but on complain they helped me to port my number. Tata is not replying. Tata is a very reputed company and this not expected from tata. Please note because of good network i was using cdma which was working in basement as well as in lifts. I and my family always trusted tata but such breach of trust is not expected. We are old and loyal customers of tata and o hope that helps me to port my number [protected]

        My landline number is[protected]. Since last 3 months the landline is not working. The complaint has been raised many times yet no response from tata indicom. There used to be tata indicom office in alankar complex in vijayawada, but it is removed now. There is a note to contact a third part vendor and we have been providing our complaints to the vendor and we are paying monthly bill as well. We would like to disconnect our tata indicom connection and get the refund for last 3 months. Please help me on this. My alternative number to reach me is [protected]

        We need to send cancellation email through our registered email id to [protected]@tatatelbroadband.com along with below details: Phone Number Account Number Account Holder Name/ Company Name Billing/ Installation Address Current Bill Plan Post receiving request, outgoing services and billing would be stopped on 4th day. On 7th day, number will go under temporary suspension and disconnection would happen on 15th day.

          Tata broadband is a totally # and worthless company. Since august i have been telling them to disconnect my broadband and landline. The tata agent changed my account number and then the company continued to charge me for landline even though in the new account the landline was included.
          Finally i got an email and sms that my accounts will be discontinued on nov. 1, 2018.
          On nov. 24, i got an email and sms saying i have to pay a balance for my account.
          What is this? I spent so much time in sending emails and phone calls to this idiotic, #, worthless crap company. It took them so many months to disconnect and i have paid a lot of extra. I have stopped using the broadband and internet since september.
          Who is this the # president or manager of this company?
          This is a warning. Never ever get broadband internet from tata. You will regret it. They should just burn down this company and save people from so much headache and high blood.

            Hello tata indicom (Cdma) tamil nadu zone,

            Me and my family members are deliberately receiving weird and porn messages from these numbers.
            The user of this number after sending sms are switching off their mobile and the messages are being received during wee hours at night.
            I request the service provider of [protected] and [protected] to kindly address this issue at the earliest as these miscreants will keep on disturbing us from various other numbers until they are put behind bars.

            Please help us at the earliest.

That lady told me that the company is deactivating all the phones till so and so date but i requested her to deactivate my phone now as my phone is already not being used so she's told me that it will be done in 24 hours now for months i am getting a message regarding bill payment but when i tried to contact them the wont answer and put my call on hold for several minutes and disconnect it...

                      My Mobile No is : [protected]( Tata Indicom CDMA)

                      Since Last week onwards my Tata Indicom CDMA Mobile is showing the signal but I was not able to connect the call or sms to any numbers. Immediately i have contacted to Tata Indicom Customer Care. They are saying tata indicom CDMA Service was closed.

                      I was shocked when they had said service was closed. I was maintaining Tata Indicom Mobile number [protected] more than 10 Years. I didn't get any communication either by call or sms . There is no media publicity also regarding closing of Tata Indicom CDMA Services.

                      I was deeply regret-ed with there services to customer's given by Tata .My Mobile number is also linked with Aadhar. Now it is very difficult to manage the transaction with Aadhar as it is reqquired OTP to complete the Transaction.

                      My Tata Indicom Number is not a port number from since beginning onward's I was with Tata Indicom with Trust.

                      I have mail (or) contacted to customer care . simply they are saying we had called or sent a message to customer regarding this . But, I did not get any call or sms that service was going to close.

                      If service is going to close they should keep on calling or sending sms atleast 1 year before from the date of closing the service...but these was not happened ..The Tata Indicom support representative is saying we had given 60 days to close the service..During these short span how can customer knows that Particular mobile service is going to stop.

                      TRAI Should take an Severe Action on these type of Mobile Network Operators

                      I believe Consumer Complaint should Take serious Action on TATA CDMA Network Operators and please resolve these issue .It will help most of the people who are facing similar issue.
                      Please Take a sever action on Tata Mobile Services and I request I want port should be happen at-least to my mobile number :[protected]

                      I heard they are going to close TATA DOCOMO by end of the Year. Still, these news also don't know most of the people

                        I requested for my porting code to be regenerated on 9th July, 2018 and was told that in 48 hours I would receive it but unfortunately I have only been given false promises by the customer care executives attending the call. I have been regularly call every 48 hours to take a follow up and a month has passed without any outcome.

                        This is my humble request if you to please look into this matter as I need these numbers. They have been circulated amongst, friends, relatives and bussiness associates.

                        The numbers belong to me and I would like to know on what grounds is your company not providing the porting code. It's very unfortunate that your executives will even come home to issue a new number but none will help to solve my problem . You all issue and distributed numbers knowing very well that there were plans to shut down the same numbers .

                        Even I am facing same Issue for my AP(Andhra Pradesh) TATA INDICOM Number.

                        They didn't call or send a message saying CDMA Services were stopping. I had complained to Tata Care...but they are not responding to resolve my issue.

                        Could you please let me know How to port my Tata Indicom AP Number.

                        How Tata can stop CDMA Services Suddenly giving short period of time to port the Number. They should announce publicly in Media or they need to send the message or calls to its customers atleast one year before of closing CDMA Data services

                          This connection ([protected]) is more than an year old. I can't make phone call on any landline numbers, i have complained multiple time but to no avail.
                          Please take necessary action to solve the issues.

                          The landline connection has been provided with a promise for broadband service which was also not provided initially. But after some i started observing that my broadband connection has internet connection but somebody else is using it (This because i had not installed any model till that time). I requested them to disconnect my internet service and investigate the case which never happened. I would request you to please take up this case as there are too many loopholes.

                            Dear tata indicom,
                            I have been using tata indicom from more than last 10 years. All of a sudden, without any notice and consent, my service has been stopped.

                            I'd like you to help port the number to a different network (Doesn't matter which network it is).

                            When i contacted airtel and tata docomo store in hyderabad, they are saying porting is not possible as my current network is already out of service and my mobile is not working.

                            This is so bad, when i'm an an existing customer and without addressing my next step, how can you take out the service?

                              Without information or any email or call the tatat indicom has stopped our land line connection (Walky) saying we have stop the services and that to after are follow-up and escalation.
                              Now as per tata docomo (Hemraj singh,) we have to purchase new land line by paying inr 1500 and we agreed on that.
                              But whaen called up the customer care they say we do not provide services at your localty and the officer with whom i was talking he was not at all aware of the product details or procedure.
                              No body can harass the customer without any reason.

We sincerely regret the inconvenience caused to you and assure you that your problem will be addressed. We would like to inform you that our CDMA services have been closed in your area after 27-APR-2018. We are upgrading our Network in your town and hence you are likely to face service disruption in CDMA, as you would know, we have tied up with Airtel and now have one of the Largest, Strongest Networks in your state, you are therefore advised to migrate your CMO/Photon/Walky to our GSM Network. We would like to inform you that we are unable to process ypour request regarding migration or port out related. Your number is 7 and 8 digit walky number.                                   I was a tata broadband prepaid user and i am not using the same from last 8 months still i am getting the calls for payment which is due with some company. I got threatening calls and even women staf[censored]ses such rubbish language. I want to sue the company as even my confirmation that they are calling on wrong number they are abusing me. Please penalize them and provide me rs. 100000 for the mental agony and harassment i go through.

                                    I was contacted by airtel support for changing and moving the subscription from tata to airtel, given tata were supposed to shut down the service in the month of april. I agreed to that and as per the process the airtel support took the tata photon dongal from me and provided me with airtel device - per my understanding, given i am not in possession of the device and its with airtel support it is upto airtel and tata to make sure that the service for tata be immediately stopped and not charge me from that day onwards i. E. 11 march 2018.

                                    However, to my dismay i have billed not only for tata service but airtel as well - not sure why i need to pay for both???

                                    Also, even after my repeated emails to them ; there were no reply or explanation on the incorrect bill - expect for the automated response and what amount was due.
                                    Even during the calls i got from tata indicom - there were no answer to my queries except that they would discount the pending amount.
