Dear Sir/ Ma'am,
This is to request you to please guide me how I can receive my porting code for my two tata numbers.
I had purchased two tata numbers.

The numbers were working and bills were paid regularly but all of a sudden they stopped working. Upon enquiry made from tata, I was told that they have shut all services to CDMA mobiles and that I should have ported my number to another service provider.
My number shut down without receiving any intimation through call or message, which should not have happened.
I requested for my porting code to be regenerated on 9th July, 2018 and was told that in 48 hours I would receive it but unfortunately I have only been given false promises by the customer care executives attending the call. I have been regularly call every 48 hours to take a follow up and a month has passed without any outcome.
This is my humble request if you to please look into this matter as I need these numbers. They have been circulated amongst, friends, relatives and bussiness associates.
The numbers belong to me and I would like to know on what grounds is your company not providing the porting code. It's very unfortunate that your executives will even come home to issue a new number but none will help to solve my problem . You all issue and distributed numbers knowing very well that there were plans to shut down the same numbers .
