[Resolved]  Tata Indicom — Prepaid data balance in negative

I bought HTC Desire VC mobile phone which had a free internet offer from Tata Indicom for 6 Months. I bought the mobile on 16/09/2012 and my free offer started from 19/09/2012 once I inserted the Tata Indicom sim in it. Offer was to provide 1GB free EVDO data for 6 months. First of all my free offer continued for 5 months only--It lasts till 16 Feb 2013 whereas it had to go till middle of March. Services were stopped on 16/02/2013 whereas if we count 6 months then if should last till March2013. Now the main thing is that instead of a free offer now TATA Indicom has charged me the whole amount and they are showing negative balance in their systems of Rs 1300.00. I told them this was a free offer on my mobile but they are not ready to listen and saying that I have used Internet. My no. is pre-paid and on pre-paid negative balance cannot go. Even if negative balance goes then it can not go till Rs 1300.00. I was normally using the free Internet data services and on the last of offer i.e 16 Feb 2013 I still had 200 MB left. They told me that I was using the interner heavily now the main point is even If I was using the inetenet heavily then why the services were not stopped when my balance was over. I didnot made any data pack recharges from Tata Indicom so why the services started if they were not free. Now whenever i am recharging my phone the balance is cutting and the recharge is not getting done. I want Rs 1300.00 which they levied on me to be written off to Rs 0.00 and provide me the normal services as well as refund my recharges. I recharged for Mobile Internet data package online of Rs 94.00 on 1/03/2013 coz i thought that my free offer has been stopped but my balance got cut and I rcvd a message from Tata Docomo that the recharge was successful but there were no services. Also on 04/03/2013 I recharged a top up of Rs 10.00 online and the same thing happened again. When I visited the Tata Indicom store at Cannaught Place the service representative told me that It is a problem going on with Tata Indicom and we are getting lots of customers with the same issue and nothing can be done on this. What is this it means there is no one rectify the problems. I made 3 complaints with customer service dept. but without any resolution the complaints are getting closed. Plz do something about it.

Tata indicom mobile services — cutting amount from my prepaid mobile account

we have recharge with Rs 100/ and we got Rs 91 and some paisa, after calling 10 to 15 calls it shows Rs 58, when call the customer care, than he said we given you SMS package of Rs 20, and I said we don't want this package, if you see our account from last 3 month we have just Msg 4 or 5, we don't want, please sent our money back in our account, he says its not possible,

I am suffering because your employee has done mistake, by mistaken he has given us a package, may be another customer want package and he has given to us, its not our mistake.
I request you take immediate action, already you have taken 2 days and done nothing.

TATA Indicom — eating up prepaid balances on recharge

since last 6 months tata indicom eating up my pre-paid recharges and balances, in spite of many personal complaints at its service centers no action taken, my latest complaint no for this month is 333957, i request tata indicom to attend my problem and refund my pre paid recharges balances.

Nothing has been done till now. And nobody is doing anything...is this the country where rite person never gets resolution.
my prob is also the same.i recharged my mobile internet data for Rs 15 on 25th may for three days 500mb.I call for custmor care to ask my balace and every day they give me new ways to find my balance. on last day 28th may i was using internet and my talk time balance was cut off.what is this?i think tata company are suffering from losse and are recovering from their customers.
I really dont know what is this going on...i am finally going to complain the appelate and trai
