[Resolved]  TATA Indicom PREPAID MOBILE — Refilling/charging facility,outgoing calls,talk with an customer care officer,.......are banned/blocked.

yesterday i will write a complaint.So one customer care officer call me today and charged my account by using Rs.10/- top-up card.But for that card i will get a talk time of Rs.4.55/-only.I am not satisfied, because the actual talk time for that card is Rs.6.90/- But still the status my TATA indicom connection ([protected]) IS VERY BAD that is, (1) Out going calls are blocked.(2) Account refilling/recharging fecility by calling the number "12526" is blocked.(3) To speak with an customer care officer by pressing button/switch-9 after dailing customer care number(12524, 12525) is also blocked/banned. So i kindly request to take neccessary actions to remove the blockking with immediate effects.

My mobile no[protected] was not recd any call or from last 2 week inspite of reffiling that. Massage coming that plz contact Customer care office.

But yet no one received my any call from ur customer care people.

So plz solved my problem or call me.

Plz do needful action as early as possible.

I have recharged my phone no.([protected])of rupees 30. Message has come that your phone is successfully recharged. But the problem is that i am unable to give outgoing call. Validity of my no. is also not complete it is upto 18-march-2009. Please solved my problem quickly or call me back on my mobile no.[protected].
Dear Sir,

My Tata Indicom prepaid number is [protected].I recharged with Rs.699 to get STD( tata to tata ) free.It worked only for 1 day.The day after that all my STD( tata to tata ) calls are charged.
I have registered my complaint in the customer care with no fruitful results.They are good in making vague promises which always fails.

All I want from the tata indicom is :

1.Give back all my balances which were deducted for making the STD ( tata to tata ) calls.
2.My validity of this recharge was for 1 month.And for the negligency of the customer care, I cannot make STD calls for more than 3 days.Thus my validity should also be increased.
3.I should be compensated for all these inconveniences faced by me.

Please take necessary steps.Thanking you in advance.

in dma prepaid is there there chance to know the incoming and outgoing calls and numbers. pls give me reply
My phone number is [protected] . I would like to complain that a caller tune has been activated on my phone inspite of saying NO for the facility. I would like the same to be discontinued immediately.
I took a new connection of tata indicom prepaid scheme of 699/- for getting free std services to any tata mobile . But i didnty get any balance even the very first day it shows that amount got exhausted . so i talked wth customer care they told me to recharge with 50/- But still it is charging money for my std and local calls too.What shall i do?

I am not able to understand which type of scheme it is?

the worst survice i have ever seen ..and i would not recommend anyone to go for tata specially the 699 scheme..
first of all the customer care never picks up ir call, i dont no what the hell is he doing there, and what these tata indicom pays them for.
secondly... even though u have the balance, u cannot make the outgoing..says call failed.
third... they charge u for making the STD calls even with the 699 booster.

TATA Indicom — outgoing calls not possible for last 1-2 weeks

My phone no. is [protected].It is in use for last 2.5 years(approx).Suddenly outgoing calls stopped.I thought some technical problems may be the reason.After 4-5 days talking to various customers/ friends
I found that it has been intentionally done.I went to the nearest tata indicom true value shop with my photo and xerox of passport.They redirected me to submit it in some office too far from here.Then i contacted the shop where it was purchased.I gave him the photo and xreox of passport.He has already forwarded my application three days back.Still my outgoing calls are of no use.Many important business are being hampered.It is festival time.I want to resolve it at earliest.Kindly do the needful and keep your name TATA
