[Resolved] TATA Indicom Prepaid — Not allowing AT&T 000117 number from TATA Prepaid | |||
Hi, I bought a connection of NCR Region from TATA Indicom. From other service providers (like Vodafone/Airtel/MTNL/BSNL etc) we are able to dial toll free conference numbers, like 000117,[protected] etc, but from this tata indicom number I always get some beeps or "this facilty is not available..." I have made n number of calls to customer care and also have mailed complaints to TATA indicom. After so may calls customer care executing told me that it is not available on prepaid and "might be" available on postpaid. The service and customer care is so pathetic that needs a separate discussion. At this moment I would like Tata indicom to resolve this issue. Or I would suggest everybody to avoid Tata indicom. I bought a new CDMA set also in hope for a better service, which seems to be a waste now. Was this information helpful? | |||
