[Resolved] Tata Indicom — Wrong Billing and Legal notice | |||
There was some wrong billing from Tata Indicom and we had lodged a complaint when their claim for a higher amount came. Complaint # 427074 dated 21st Aug. 2006. Here was our last communication to them, for which we have not heard anything and now after 4 years, we are getting a notice from them. When contacted them, they say they don't have old emails and want us to visit their office for "Settlement", which sounded very irresponsible to say the least, especially from a name like TATA. ---- Excerpts from our last mail to them on 22nd Aug.[protected] Today I have lodged a complaint (# 427074 dated 21st Aug. 2006) for the "wrong" billing during March, April and May 2006. While we changed to the new plan "infinity 256" in march 2006, we were continuing to get the bills based on the old plan at Rs.1795.84. This got changed to Rs.1346.88 from June 2006, whereas it should have been from March 2006. So, the difference of Rs.1348.88 (448.96 x 3) should be credited to our account, without which we will not be able to clear the dues. Thanks and look forward to sorting this out at the earliest. TataIndicom — Wrong information against billing dues
Dear Sir,Refer to my cell no [protected] of (portability) number of TATADOCOMO has received message from TATA INDICOM that amount due of Rs-628/- is being balance to be clear.
But hence I want to inform you that I have already cleared my total dues against the said number on 02.07.11 at TATA INDICOM office BISTUPUR JAMSHEDPUR.
Please ensure that this dues has been cleared before the said number has been changed to portability of TATA DOCOMO.If the dues are balance then how the service provider has been transfered, It is under mandatory rule of TRA that no service provider will allow to change there number for the portability till the NOC is being cleared by the service provider.
