Tata Indicom — SIM not recharged despite debiting amount from bank Account through online Transaction

Dear Sir,

I have been using Tata Indicom service from past 1 year. On Apr 7th, 2010 i recharged my mobile worth Rs. 222 through ICICI net banking (below mentioned are the narration and ref no. for the same) Hence an amount of Rs.222 is deducted from my bank account but they are not credited to my prepaid balance. I called Tata Indicom customer care several times but they were unable to help me out. My issue is not solved as of now and also there is no assurance that it will be solved in near future.

tata indicom prepaid mobile — Regarding refund of deducted money

Dear Sir,

I have been using Tata Indicom service from past 1 year. On Dec 15th, 2009 i recharged my mobile worth Rs. 201 through ICICI net banking 4 times because of FAILED transaction every time (below mentioned are the narration and ref no. for the same) Hence an amount of Rs.804 are deducted from my bank account but they are not credited to my prepaid balance. I called Tata Indicom customer care several times but they were unable to help me out, i even raised a compliant regarding the same (Complaint No: PRR[protected] on 15th Dec 2009. My issue is not solved as of now and also there is no assurance that it will be solved in near future Please do the needful.
