Tata Indicom — unreasonably balance goes in negative

i am the customer of tata indicom.. they hav done fraud with me. they have cut my balance unnecessarily. i have recharged my phone with 95 rupees internet plan. bt i have not got it till now. instead my balance has gone in negative..if i call to customer care they are not giving me positive response my alternate cell no. is [protected]
