[Resolved] Tata Indicom Usb Internet — SECURITY DEPOSIT NOT RETURNED | |
I have taken 2999/- Rs UNLIMITED internet plan for 3 months in Nov 08. Before the completion of 3 months, I applied for disconnection due to poor speed and many problems. Disconnection request was registered with customer care and they said they will send the cheque to my postal address within 45 days. Till date, they have not sent me cheque of 250/- security deposit that I have paid. And, now are saying it has been adjusted with "bills" that I owe to them. Kindly take action soon.
