TATA Indicom Vsnl Broadband — CHEATING AND PATHETIC SERVICE

I have been a 'priveleged' (as they say) customer of Tata Indicom Vsnl from the year 2006. Quite frankly I had never selected this ISP, it so happened that my original internet service provider which was 7 star (very satisfying service) was taken over by VSNL which in turn partnered with Tata Indicom.

Though their speed is good, their technical expertise and service is pathetic. And the irony of the fact is that it is a company whose main business is communication, but their employees do not understand what the customer is saying. LOL.

This year I had been having a lot of problems with connectivity so much so that I had to complain every weekend. And as usual the Mumbai team the filthy lazy lards that they are took their own sweet time to resolve my network issues. And I believe they have elfs working for them because the technical team always calls and says the problem has been resolved, miraculously, only But this time, they have gone overboard.

I complained of no internet connection on 8th of July and to date there is no connection. And despite hundreds of calls (I am not exaggerating here) and repeated mails, they say I am not eligible for refund. They oh so standardly quote "We regret the inconvenience caused to you". Regret?? , they are cheats and do not deserve to be in business. First they take your money, then give you an internet connection that goes on and off at its own will (if you please) and if you demand a refund say they cannot, we have to use up the balance. Catch-22 you see! If you have no connection how the hell are you going to use up your balance. But no, they will not give you internet connection and neither will they give you your money back.
