[Resolved] TATA Indicom Walky — handset replacement within warranty/guarantee | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, I had purchased one tata indicom walky handset on 30th October 2010, from DRIVE INDIA ENTERPRISE SOLUTIONS LIMITED. SHOP # 5&6 GROUND FLOOR NAVDEEP MARKET PROPERTY #39 BLOCK-A WAZIR PUR RESIDENTIAL COMMUNITY NORTH 1100055. MY invoice number is i2010-11/[protected]. ITEM CODE[protected] CHIVA DELTA PLUS WALKY BLACK.. My handset stopped working on 4th Sep2011 before guarantee/warranty expired and when i went to them for a replacement on 5th Sep2011 i was told to come next day and they took my handset battery, and when i went t them next day i was told to come in another three days and then they will let me know wheather the handset will be changed or not as its not in stock. when a product is malfunctioning before its guarantee/warranty the company is bound to replace with the same model or the next new model or repair it, and that is the only number(PREPAID) i have as my landline which i cannot afford to change and keep it off for so many days. Dear Sir/Madam,
I had received a call from a customer service agent of your's from the number [protected] i explained everything again to that female on call, and she asked me to tell the make of my handset ! i told he asp invoice CHIVA DELTA PLUS WALKY and the make is UNICAIR, but in return she told me there is nothing by this name and she referred me to go back to the place from where i have purchased this handset and i had alreardy explained you my first experience with the dealer from where i have purchased this.Time is passing the in OCTOBER i am sure i will get an answer from you that the 1year guarantee/warranty had expired...
