[Resolved]  TATA Indicom Walky Phone — No proper response on enquiry of Bill details

My Tata Indicom Walky No is[protected] by the name of G.Srinivas and I have been using since last 3-4 years under plan 349 and in this 100% discount on internet usage between 10 to 6 Am and I use internet between 10 Pm to 6 Am regularly but in last bill total usage charges was Rs.1348 and discounted bill adjusted was Rs.1186 and when i enquired about the following matter in customer care 121 on dated 27/8/11after 11 Pm the given customer complaint no was[protected] and he promised that You will be called by customer care with in 12 hours and u can clarify your bill from that executive but up till now no phone call was received by me as he has also taken my alternate mobile number [protected].

The main matter is after receiving the bill I have called number of times to customer care after their various formalities each time the customer care executive says that you will not get the internet details from the option you press that number again that number I was completely fed and when I shouted to customer care he told me that you will get revert call from customer care which I have mentioned above.

I have not paid the bill uptill now due to doubt in my bill and they are not taking any action for clearing my doubt.
Please guide me what to do.

Walky — no responce after clearing all the bill

after paying the due bill their is no responce through the facility regarding the reactivation of the walky phone the payment was done by the check & itis been cleared. but my phone connection is been not activeted till know
you only clarify that net usage which I had used between 10 Pm to 6 Am should be 100% discount but You have charged for it . Please clarify . I have no time to go to your outlet because it is 12 KM away from my house.

Do confirm at earliest before due time
I have not received any mail regarding above matter instead I have received call from the one of the executive regarding payment but as I enquired about the details of the bill he promised me that He will bring before due time but up till now no call nor the executive came to my office /home . the due date is over and if I pay the payment I have to pay penalty charges of rs 50 /- .
Tata indicom is claiming that it is the best customer care but above matter shows that it is the worst.
I have planned to withdraw the connection as soon as possible and I will share my bad experience to my all friends.
