[Resolved]  Tata indigo eCS — warranty

I have an indigo ECs purchased in 2011 December with extended warranty. Unfortunately the vehicle was break down on 17/07/2013. The i contacted the TATA Customer Care [protected] and lodged a complaint and obtained a reference No.[protected]. Then the car was taken away by the persons from tata to Kulathunkal Motors Kollam. The next day the service manger pf Kulathunkal was informed me that it has an engine complaint and my vehicle does not satisfy the warranty conditions since the service of 40000 Kms has not been done and I have to pay the rearing charges. But when at 37000 Kms may car was done a service and replaced even diesel filter also. The all periodical services has been done till date regularly.
