[Resolved]  tata internet — periodic disconnection of internet and low download speed as per the internet plan.

i am akshay gala from thane city.its not even a month i took tata connection for internet.since the day of connection, i am getting problems regarding disconnection of my internet every 15-20 minutes. i had already complained on the helpline number 5 times, , but the problem isn't solved.inspite of telling them to send an engineer at my place they are just ignoring me by telling, , they will check it and call me and tell its now done.
i have taken a plan of DSL DS 207 Home Combo 499 unlimited plan, and as per the plan the download speed ratio is 1:4 with respect to 128 KBPS speed, it comes upto 32 KBPS download speed, , but i am gettin the max. speed of 12KBPS. but the helpline people are just ignoring it.if it continues for more 2-3 days, , sorry to say, , i wil have to disconnect my tata internet line.please do the neatful as soon as possible.my alternate mobile number is:[protected]

hey tata are cheating with consumers. their SXC 1080 Modem is WORST. I am reminding all of you not to purchase any modem or TATA PHOTON ( this is also not working ). tell your friends not to PURCHASE any tata product related to INTERNET AS THEY are not keeping their PROMISE. BEST IS MTNL OR BSNL go for it.
