internet not accessing

acyually this is in notice that my account no. is[protected] and a internet user of tata tel. . the problem exists is that before connneting our net the system is enquring serurity code/key and iam nt aware of that no. . so i request 2 sms the serurity key on my cell no. thanks...

periodic disconnection of internet and low download speed as per the internet plan.

i am akshay gala from thane city.its not even a month i took tata connection for internet.since the day of connection, i am getting problems regarding disconnection of my internet every 15-20 minutes. i had already complained on the helpline number 5 times, , but the problem isn't solved.inspite of telling them to send an engineer at my place they are just ignoring me by telling, , they will check it and call me and tell its now done.br...
