[Resolved]  Tata Manza — POOR SERVICE

as we are getting no response & proper service for our tata manza car ( GJ 06- DG-4317)

which we had purchased from tween wheels baroda ( Gujarat) as our car is getting

over heating & for this the AC is also not properly working.as on 0252012 the car

had got over heating & due to that all coollent was overflowed & we had complained to

mr. hiteshbhai (m) [protected] & he had sent the persons for collecting our car & also
we had given the carrying charges for car even it is in warrenty & problem was happen due to service center ignorance

we had marked the overflowed coolent & non properly working of AC to the person of

tween wheel’s & today we had called to their service center for position of car they had replied that car is totally ok. We get the delivery but still the AC is not working & tempreture is going very high more than normal temperature & then we re sent to service center this same problem was happen in December 2010 on that time they had temperarly repaired that part & on that time also
we had told that radiatore fan is not working properly but that time they had ignored
& after 3. months this problem re happen I personly told mr hiteshbhai that please change the fan or any part due to this problem is happen & then he had replied that this may not be replaced in warrenty we can’t chane it I can’t understand when we had paid for extended warrenty charge then why should not the part can be changed & due to this problem I am to much frustrated & disappointd that the tata motor is not solving the problem & giving problem & due to this the customer is suffering & I am marking u that
My car is runned only 5400 km in 1 year & 4.months then after the over heating & AC cooling problem is coming. We was not expecting this type of service & after sale behaviour from tata group.

Hoping that tata group will have the priority for customer & will solve the problem

I bought manza from harsolia motors
Roof light wad nt working properly and engine sound was my confusion
I m in warranty since last 3 service they ve given false comittment dat we wud fix your problem in next service
I wanna knw d meaning of warranty n free service dat is it limited to washing only? Sud I go 300km jus to wash my car?
i have recently bought a tata manaza car on 30-Aug-2012 from oberoi motors ,sector 63 noida. On 9-September-2012 the power steering suddenly jammed when i was going to my clinic due to the leakage of sterring oil . thanks to god my speed was slow at that time. then i called the call center of manza and they sent a mechanic to my house. the mechanic said it was a minor problem nd said he had fixed it. he tightened the screw. after 3 days i again faced the same problem my steering jammed again and again i got the same reply from the mechanic that the problem is fixed. i am very disappointed in the service of tata manza .I Wonder what would have happened if my speed was high. i am already regretting my decision of buying a tata manza and trusting tata company.
