Tata Manza — FRAUD BY RAMA MOTORS

I had purchased TATA Manza Aqua Quadrajet from M/S RAMA MOTORS PRIVATE LIMITED and got the delivery of the vehicle on 19th of March 2010.

At the time of booking, the sales person Mr. Shavya Saachi visited my office and my precondition of booking the car through M/S RAMA MOTORS PRIVATE LIMITED was that I wanted 2010 manufatured car which is BS III.
The same was repeatedly promised to me by their sales person and then i went ahead with the booking of the same from M/S RAMA MOTORS PRIVATE LIMITED.

I took the delivery of the vehicle from them on 19th of March 2010 and they got the documents signed from me for the delivery of the car without disclosing that it is 2009 November manufactured model which i came to know when i received the RC of the car. Other dealers in Delhi were offering 2009 manufactured model for 30000/- less than the original price.

I talked to the sales person Mr. Shavya Saachi and he informed me that he is unaware of the same and will revert back to me after talking to his GM Mr H.K. Verma. Afterwards I also put in the complaint at TATA motors customer car as well but they also seems to be colluding with the dealers and are least bothered about the genuineness of the customer.

I was planning to buy another TATA Manza but after this experience, I am really afraid to buy any product of TATA and also will advise everybody to refrain from doing so.

TATA MOTORS AND their delaer RAMA MOTORS IS a FRAUD who has been fooling the cutomers by duping them with false promises.

I have already filed a case against TATA Motors in consumer court but still writing here to advise people to refrain buying TATA MANZA or for that matter any TATA CAR from RAMA MOTORS in Okhla.
