i have purchase a car (INDICA DLS 2006 modale second hand).I have due 4months installment for some personal money problem. The bank recover my car without any information before 4months ago (without any court order).they are not telling me any reason.(total due on me when recover my car is Rs.27300.00)and I have pay 4year installment regularly (sum of Rs327600.00 aprox).now I have only 12 installment for this car. After recover my car I have deposited Rs15000.00 more in to bank branch. I have all slip of deposited.
