[Resolved]  Tata Motor Finance Ltd. — EMI duplication - [protected]

I have forwarded my complaint to TMFL cust. care regarding my EMI debited double on my HDFC account, but I dindnt get any reply or feedback. Here is my complaint as under.

Dear Sir/ Madam,

This is to inform you that I have taken Car Loan from Tata Motor Finance in January 2010, for which my EMI is Rs.8151/- .

My loan account no. is [protected]. I have paid all my EMIs till march 2011, ECS facility also been activated & EMI also debited on my due date i.e 11th of every month regularly.

Due to lengthy process from your side, its been late, so I have opted for Auto debit facility in Jan 2011 to your Pandit Auto office, Tilak road, Pune, which is handled by Ms. Supriya. I have given one chq. no. 610966 of Rs. 8151/- as EMI of jan 11 & submitted all documents to her. But meantime, my ECS facility is activated & EMI is debited on 11th Janauary correctly. So I have requested your Pandit Auto people not to deposit the above chq. as ECS debit is activated & EMI is gone. They have confirmed to me, that this chq. to be deposited & to be return back to you.

But on 19th March 2011 I came to notice that this chq. no. 610966 is presented in bank, & which is returned back due to insufficient funds. The EMI already was debited on 11th March (Highlighted in Yellow) , then how this chq. is gone in your bank?? Are you fooling customers?? or taking 2 EMIs in month?? And this is occured second time with my chq. One chq. also was bounced in Dec 2010 also, I have paid chq. bouncing charges to TMFL, please check & varify.

I want to clear the points - 1) Who is taking care of Finance /Auto Debit/ECS , 2) Who have deposited the chq. 3) Who is responsible for the chq. bounced? 4) Who is going to bear Chq. bouncing charges? 5) What is system between you & the Dealer- is their no co-ordination??

I want to clear this issue very quickly, & also kindly arrange to Pay Rs. 1000/- as chq. bouncing charges which born by me.. In this case I have suffered a lot, your people made mistakes lot, & as a customer I demand good & utmost service from your side.

Sending herewith the scanned copy of My HDFC bank Statement, in which you can see my EMI was debited on 11th march 2011, & the chq. is bounced on 19th- 8 days after my EMI debited.

Hope you will take action against the culprits & give the judgement to me. Waiting for your positive response.
