My contract no. with TATA MOTORS LTD is20883083.My contact no. is [protected].The company send me notices stating post dated cheques were missing/bounced without showing any such acknowledgement from our bankers.Though I had paid entire amount in cash after making stopcheck to the bank the company is adding overages til 30000 & not sending us a balance statement. Tata Motor finance is worst of alll finance cos. in North Bengal employing criminals who do not have decency of not calling on ladies at night, meeting customers drunkstate...their services are as bad as their cars

Tata finance is run by third parties/staffs who change frequently...staffs are not answerable/convincing /executives put on plastic goodmanners nothing on ground.Their only job is to explain that customer is a defaulter and they are paid hefty salaries only to fulfill that.
inspite of paying my overdues charges they are charging bank charge and some hidden charge which was never disclosed.this not fair.no one is taking responsibilty to revert for same.
i want to settle the outstanding in the car loan. but too many charges are debited every month in the name of cheque bounce and other charges. hence, we are unable to make the payment.
plz arrange to settle the outstanding with an amicable amount so that we can close the loan account immediately.
