[Resolved]  Tata Motors — regarding excise duty refund

Dear sir,

as i discussed with you the matter over phone regarding sumo grande mk 2 seven seater purchased in the name of Dr. Shweta.Bhimarao.Jumnal. in the month of january 2010 Vehicle no KA-28-B-0354 , CHASSIS NO-MAT465157A9AO09389, ENGINE NO- 22LDIC0R07PQ2J17557. from bijjargi motors bijapur. we have registered the vehicle into yellow board for taxi purpose ,for which i should get the excise duty refund ,for that i have submitted the necessary documents original and two sets of xerox copies with notary done to the bijjargi motors.bijapur on 18-03-10 ,for which they haven't give any acknowledgement to us so please check the details about our refund and revert to me when will i get my refund.

Dear Sir,
I have purchase one TATA indigo CS on Dtd.31.8.2010 in the name of Surya Narayan Patel and I have regd. this vehicle (RTO-Jharsuguda) as TAXI vide regd. no. OR23D5767 and now request you to suggest me how I refund the EDR (as per rule), I meet at sambalpur TATA mtr. but he refuse me for EDR and says that you may complain against us.
there fore I request either I am entitled for EDR or not kindly help me

OR23D5767, I was discussed with your costomer care BBSR about refund of EDR for taxi he told me submit your claim at sambalpur dealer when i talk with dealer they refuse for above and told, one you have complain against us about your chaque now also you may complain to costomer care,
so sir now what is my duty, please suggest me

Dear Sir/Mam,
I purchased a new TATA Indica v2 car (Dec 2016) in "Athirst Auto" Tirunelveli while I plan to buy sales people told that EDR (Excise Duty Refund) amount will be given by them as thrid month due.But still I didn't get any amount from them.Regarding this I raised two complaint against them in "TATA MOTOS CUSTOMER CARE", but that complaint (Complaint No:- [protected]) was closed by them with out my knowledge.So again I raised a new complaint (Complaint No:- [protected]) against "Athirst Auto". Today I spoked with the GM (Mr.Gowrisankar-[protected]), with the help of local RTO he tried to threatening me at first and finally he lied that the EDR amount was given to me along with the offer provided by them. I Want to clear one thing that EDR amount will be claimed after three months of registering the vehicle, so there is no chance for them to provided that amount at the beginning.Please take action against them as they make fool of so many customers as like me.
