[Resolved]  Tata Motors / Sanghi Motors Indore — Gas Kit & 1 year warranty

I purchased Indica XETA GLS from Sanghi Motors, Indore on 28th July 2008. Initially I paid 277000 but got an invoice of 263000 as they promised me to install a Gas kit along with warranty of 1 year in lieu of that. After I got the delivery of my vehicle, I requested the same to them but they refused the same. I made a complaint with Tata Motors regarding the same & i got a cheque of 12500 very next day. Now Sanghi Motors is saying that they will not install the gas kit & I have to do it at my cost..Secondly, the engine of the vehicle creates problem in every 700-800 kms..I feel that I have been cheated by Mr. Ashutosh & Mr. Goverdhan of Sanghi Brothers.. I requested the same to even Mr. Amrish ( Territory Manager - Tata Motors ) but he seems to close his ears regarding the issue..Please suggest.

I am Pradeep Kumawat from Indore. My Tata Safari Ex Pearl white from Tata Motors Company on 14/12/2009. Its ENGINE NO. is22LDICOR06K92J15817, CHISSIS NO. is MAT4030819NK10704 and REGD. NO.MP09 CG 0007.

My Safari is on servicing in Sanghi Motors service center, Indore, (M.P.) from 25/9/2010. And now i want to know that whats going on about servicing ? Because Sanghi Mot. service center manager are saying that they couldn't available tata parts because Tata company don't have lock and other parts.


Is Tata company is a small company ??? That it can not provide simple motor parts So can u inform me about it

Now i am frustrated because me complained again and again and they are not taking any action.

Now i want quickly response and i[censored] cant take any action so i'll say only one thing that WHY TATA COMPANY HERE ?

sanghi motors indore — cheque complaint

we booked a car tata safari 27 jan 11 for my fathers B day at 31 jan11 with 8.72 lac prize. we were told delivery on time but it delayed . when we go to recieve car and paid by cheque they said we dont allow cheque ,only cash allowed its our policy . you have to give 8.94 lac cash inseat of 8.72 lac becouse rate has been changed after budget . only then you can take the car .we postpone the car and back empty.
when we talked to tata west zone manager s they said its dealer issue we cannt say anything . we are asking car belong to tata how you can neglect the issue . how are you dening to cheque .
our issue hanged over 6 month nothing happening . tell what and where to take action consumer is helpless.
