[Resolved]  Tata Motors / Techno Auto — Air Conditioner problem in Indigo eCS

I am facing harrassment from Tat Motors and it's service center Techno Auto in Najhafgarh Delhi since April 11th 2011. my car Indigo eCS DL 9CZ 0605 which i had brought from Techno auto 7/8 moths back was giving problem and it's airconditionar was not working. i had send my car to this service center on 11th April to get it repaired. i was told in the evening that they dont have the part and also told me that they have send request to Tata Motors Pune for the part and it would take 3/4 days to get the part. after regular calling and checking with the cervice center i got a call on 21st april from service center to send my car for repair as the part is available. i had send my car on 22nd april for repair but after whole day waiting when i inquired about the delevery of my car they told me that the Tata Motors has send wrong part so my car couldnt be repaired. also they told me that they again has send part request to Tata Motors Pune. After calling service center and the custormer care many time and hrrasment for more then one month I had received call as well as email from Techno Auto Service Center on 14/05/2011 evening to send my car for repair. I have reached the service center at 9:45AM on 15/05/2011. I had asked about the service advicer Mr. Jitender Kumar(who had also call me on 14/05/2011 to send the car for repair) but he was not there. He had told me that the work would be done in 4 to 5 hours. I had seen so many service advicers standing there without any work but no body was intersted to open the job card. The same harssment was faced by other customers also who’s job cards were not opend. After facing these type of harrasment I have aproched Mr. Naveen Upadhaya the GM two times and one time by another customer then he rushed out to check the service advisors. He him self saw that service adviser were standing out side in a group and not opening Job Cards. After his intervantion he told one man to check and reconferm the part in the store for my car and told another service Advisor Mr. Lalit Kalra to open the job card for my car. At last at 10:40 he open the job card after almost one hour of standing out side in sun. you can judge the harsment I had faced.

I called Mr. Lalit Kalra([protected]) at 15:56 to check about my car but to my surprice he told me that I cant get my car back by evening becouse the work had not been done and also told me that it would be ready by next day(16/05/2011) afternoon.

Today(16/05/2011) I had called up Mr. Lalit Kalra ([protected]) at 15:11 to check when I could come and pick my car. He told me that the car would be ready by evening. Now I received a call at 16:31 from Mr. Lalit Kalra telling me that the car would not be ready today also. When I asked him why is this delay then he replied me that they couldn’t start work on my car yesterday so started repairing today only. Now this is the hight of the hrassment. I am felling now that Techno Auto and Tata Motors together are harassing me knowingly.

Is this the level of customer support they are giving customers? I am wondring Tata Motors is capable of remaiing in the car segment for long.

please let me know and what should i do and to whom should i contact.

I completely agree that the customer service with TECHNO AUTO is really pathetic. You are lucky that your service advisor was not Mr RAJ KUMAR or else you would have cried at TECHNO AUTO service station itself. He is really a pathetic person and does not know how to care for customer at all. Recently I also got my car serviced in TECHNO AUTO. I also bought a TATA INDIGO ECS top model with all the fittings from TECHNO AUTO.

You are right that they always say the parts are not available... I am not sure why they do this. I shared experince with other customers also who also faced the same problem .. they had to go 4-5 times to get a small head rest replaced..!!!... This is really a height of frustration..

I really think that they sell of parts given by TATA to some outside dealers and use our fake parts to show as broken to tata...

I have much more pathetic experience to share but I will update that once I have my second service from them...you are also right... TATA can never beat other competitors with such a PATHETIC and RIDICULOUS service...!!!... TATA. MOTORS if you are listening and seeing my comments.. then do some proper auditing and surveys ...see how your customer are suffering... either improve your after sales service.. or JUST SELL BULLOCK CARTS...!!!
