[Resolved]  TATA MOTORS-TIPPER — POOR QUALITY OF SPARE

DEAR SIR
I PURCHASED TWO TATA TIPPER LORRY 1613 FROM ABT INDUSTRIES TIRUNELVELI. BUT WITHIN A MONTH TIME THE GEAR BOX HAD BROKEN. I TOOK UP THE ISSUE WITH ABT INDUSTRIES TIRUNELVELI, BUT BLINDLY THE OFFICIALS OF ABT INDUSTRIES REFUSED TO CHANGE THE PARTS IN WARRANTY.
SIMPLY BECAUSE HAVING PURCHASED THE TIPPERS IN TATA MOTORS THROUGH ABT INDUSTRIES, THE OFFICIALS OF ABT INDUSTRIES NEVER TAKE RESPONSIBILITY AFTER SERVICE. THEY DO NOT CARE OF THE CUSTORMS AFTER SALES. UPTO SALE ONLY, THEY GIVE IMPORTANCE BUT AFTER SALE THEY NEGLECT THE CUSTOMERS. SO, AFTER THAT I PURCHASED THREE ASHOK LEYLAND TIPPERS AS I AM FULLY SATISFIED WITH ASHOK LEYLAND BUT NOT WITH TATA TIPPERS BECAUSE OF POOR QUALITY PARTS AND VERY POOR SERVICE BY ABT INDUSTRIES TIRUNELVELI. KINDLY TRY TO DO SERVICE AND ARRANGE TO CHANGE THE BROKEN PARTS AS THIS HAD HAPPENED WITH A MONTH OF PURCHASE.

First thing is that your service schedule with in specified time .if yes ?

at the time of service you and your driver or ervice enginneer had look any leakage or oil level, if yes, so that at that time you may inform to tata company if yes

what is corrective action taken by tata company ? if any so mention or what is impact

again you inform or not

if all of above mention you had do no action taken by comany
so you can directly go to Consumer court and do the judisial .

This is Pawan Kumar Choudhary Director of Shri Baba Shyam Stone Crusher Pvt. Ltd. Bazpur (U.S.Nagar) Uttrakhand.

This to inform you that from your Dealer located in haldwani Mr.Pant and Mr.Mishra the sales officer of commercial Motors Haldwani Uttrakhand.

They had committed that they will provide us LPK 1613/36 10 cub. Meter 33 units of vehicle against “C” form and these vehicles will be FOR at bazpur. But now when Times Comes They are refusing the agreement and providing us only 20 units of vehicles and after that they are rejecting the agreement.

Before This agreement we are taking the Tippers of ASHOKA LEYLAND but at that time sales Officers of commercial motors Haldwani Forced Us And take over This agreement and now They Are saying only one word SORRY And moving away themselves.

Sir if you remembered Once more I had mailed You regarding Not providing of proper service by commercial motors That time I am greatful that you help us in providing the better service by behalf of you.

Sir Please take the discussion as earlier as possible. And we are making Plan to take more vehicles for my another stone crusher plant that is RAM SHYAM STONES AND MINIREALS PVT. LTD. Tehsil swar Disst Rampur Uttar Pradesh. We are planning to have more more vehicles of TATA MOTORS if this will Carry ON then how will I will manage to take it

So at last I want to say that please take the action as soon as possible. We will grateful to you.
