Tata Nano — No Refund for Booking Cancellation

My Tata Nano Booking UID is[protected]
I canceled my booking on 7-3-2010 by Ref No. FACWW12306.
Till 8-3-2011 I am not recieved my booking amt 140000/- from TATA's and even also every time I call at toll free no and they always told me that it is in process and they also don't give the contact no of higher authorities.

Why TATA's are spoiling there name ?
