Check engine and high temperature warning in Tata Nano car

I have a Nano car of 2011 model, which has completed around 1 lakh and 4000 kilometer till now successfully. Problem in auto gear system

Delay in delivery of car even after full payment

Immediate replacement of defective fuel pump

I purchased Tata nano, whose Reg.No is BRO1AS 1151. There was no problem in Fuel pump during entire period of warranty. After Warranty was over, there was repeaated problem in fuel pump which was manufactured by Siemens company. During last 6 months, I have to replace Fuel pump four times. non refund of booking amount

Respected sir/Ma'am.

I have Tata Nano XM ( 77000 KM Running ) . From last few days, my car is automatically shifted from cng to petrole. Fo this i visited Rudra Motors Wagholi, Mr. Nayim sir has suggested to me for replacement of CNG regulator. They told me the cost of Regulator is near by 30000/- which is very costly. I have purches this car for cost effectiveness. Still I Love Tata Nano and Ratan Tata for making such a wonderful product for Common man like me but now I could not afford for replacement of this part . I have attached here with the video of problem . Kindly do needful for the same .

    I had booked the Silver comprehensive Silver Full body Checkup with Tata 1mg on 28/10/2022. The phlebotomist came to collect blood but my urine sample could not be given as I had just passed urine before he came. He gave me a urine container and assured me that someone from Tata 1 mg would come next day to collect my urine sample.
    Nobody came next day to collect my urine sample. I made multiple calls to their customer care number but they could not help me as they are only interested in sales and not in service. Their job is to collect money from the customers and once that is done, no accountability, no service.
    I wrote on the Google review and they sent me a Mail promising to solve the issue, but even after 48 hrs, no communication from them. I, wonder, what would have happened if my urine report was urgent.
    We don’t except such shoddy service from brand Tata.

      I have a nano cng+petrol vehicle (2015 model). Despite the car having driven 53, 000 kilometres, the CNG valve is currently having issues. Even after travelling more than 20 kilometres, the car will not drive in CNG mode. When I called the local Tata service centre, they informed me that the CNG valve was not working and would cost more than 18000 rupees to replace. This is a huge sum for my nano car

        The only problem with my said car is, ignition getting switched off very frequently while running. I took my car to 'GOLDRUSH SERVICE CENTRE, LUCKNOW'. Since then almost 15 days have gone by. Every time I contacted them on phone the only reply I got was that parts were not available and as such they were helpless.

        This is hard to believe that parts are not available in Tata Motors for its own cars. obviously, they are harassing me for unknown reasons. Some mechanics, advisers and the store keeper are trying to spoil the repute of Tata Motors for which we all Indians are proud of.

        You are, therefore, requested to please look into the matter, otherwise my car will be left unattended for how many days, God knows.

        The car was handed over to me on 13.3.2022 saying that the problem rectified. But from the next day i.e 14.03.2022 the same problem started

          I bought a TATA nano automatic twista brand new car from the company. I have been using it day today journey. Since the Covid affected and more of the journeys restricted and car did not use more often. This recent day I had to travel to city and I drove the car, my car suddenly stopped in the middle of the road. I called the company and they came and collected it. Couple of days later they informed me that AMT unit of the car need replacing as oxidation taken place and sensors are not working properly, also said its costing 800000 Sri Lankan rupees . which is half of the value of the car. Its unbearable fee and what guarantees the company can give that this same problem will not arise again.
          It shows that AMT unit of the car is heart of the car. Company has used low quality materials which oxidation takes place easily. Sri Lanka is summer country how can this be take place.
          I would appreciate if you can reply to this email as soon as possible

            We have booked Nexon top model in the end of August month.At that time we were told that a new car would be delivered on/before 7 October.We trusted and gave our old car in exchange.
            Till today neither a new car is not delivered nor delivery date is given.
            We had planned to go out in Diwali vacation, but now it was ...
            Tata company is represented a common man's company, but we feel it's wrong.

            When we inquired for a new car, a manager told that you can buy Safari or any higher model car in place of Nexon, which costs 10, 11 lakh more than Nexon.Who will pay?Why such models are readily available and why we booked a car befere 2months is not delivered yet?
            This is a proper answer given to a customer?

            If Tata company is not capable to deliver a car in time, it should be clearly mentioned to a customer, why false promises are given?

            Our children has lost charm of buying a new car.Vacation is also worthless as now reservation or any private cars are also not available or we have to pay more.

            Very disappointed with Tata company.

            This the best service before delivery, what can we expect after purchasing a new car from company?

            I think as an Indian company, we should use Tata car, but disappointed.

              I own a TATA Nano CNG emax, of late, the Car is not converting from Petrol to CNG, the SPARSH service station at Dwarka, New Delhi, has recommended to change the whole CNG Kit costing about 26000/-.

              I also want to bring to your notice that couple of years back, I faced the same problem and the same service station has carried the same kind of repairs and that costed me just Rs.2800/-. but this time when I went back with the same problem, they gave me a rate of Rs.26000/-

              It came as a surprise that the TATA maintenance engineers lack the knowledge to know where exactly the problem is. last time they took two weeks to rectify the same problem. This time they took three days to find the problem and couldn't rectify but gave an absurd reason that the whole CNG kit has to be replaced.

                Above car every year monsoon start not useing this car because of engine back side water touch car stop this problem last three year every year i pay this problem money i talk with today your progressive cars pvt. Ltd.-anand. Service centre person above problem about 10.00 am she's told my problem talk with this problem every year monsoon. She's told me i call you my owner but about 3.30pm no call & no response. My request this problem sole every monsoon not driveing my car.

                        Within 4years, the car is giving huge problems. First central lock gone within few months of purchase. Second, major brake fail. Third engine coolant sensor malfunction. Fourth, engine oil pressure fault. Fifth, engine mil light on.
                        What a defective piece i have got. Really unsatisfied and hurt. I have been spending so much behind this after buying.
                        I bought a jeans from Kirti Nagar West Side which was already bad when I saw it and went to exchange it. They did not.

                          Dear all,

                          On date[protected] my vehicle tata nano bearing registration no gao3- y - 2398 met with an accident damaging the left front side of the car (Picture attached) on visual examination and test drive by the service advisor (Mr. Nikhil and mr. Manoj) from tata service center arlem goa, it was brought out that the car has to be kept for a period of 08 to 10 days to the aforementioned work which would be covered by the insurance. (Attached copy), the service advisor informed me that there is a bent in the left rim and that it will be replaced by the insurance company as the vehicle was hit on the left and not on the right.

                          The vehicle was collected by my wife sweetty severes on 23.02.2019, after she drove back from the service center, she notice a lot of wobbling in the vehicle. During examination by the service advisor, said that the right side front and rear rims are bend and need to be changed! Unfortunately, the vehicle had not been inspected and checked satisfactorily!!! There exist a new problem after everything was covered under insurance.

                          I would appreciate it if you'll could organise to take the car and get it done as it is driven by a lady. I am unhappy with the improper servicing done and response received from the servicing team, should i come to an conclusion that after a women takes back the car there arises another problem, is it a money making procedure or???

                          I look forward to setting this matter amicably. If however, the matter is not resolved asap, i will consider taking higher action to resolve the complaint. I am very much disappointed with this attitude.
