Tata / Nano — NON REFUND OF MY AMOUNT

Dear Sir,
My name is DK Singh and I have purchased a TATA NANO CX model on 09 OCT 10 from CARGO MOTORS, JALANDHAR , PUNJAB. Their representative followed me for AMC which was costing Rs 5000/-.I deposited money for AMC on 22 DEC 2010 by the time I came to know that this scheme is free of cost for defence personnel.I requested dealer to refund the same amount but they didn't respond well. tilll now I have not got any proper reply from therefore I request to to please intervene the matter.
