[Resolved] Tata Nano — Harassment before delivery | |||
I had ordered for a TATA NANO 2012 CX on the 31st of December, 2011. I had paid (22000 + 3000) Rs. 25000 for booking it to K.B. Motors. The car was promised to me in 15 working days. Since I booked the car I have faced nothing but harassment from K.B. Motors. Even after submitting every document they had asked for, they keep coming back with excuses that something or the other is still required and they cannot deliver the car until I submit more documents. I have given them all existing documents that is humanly possible. It seems ordering a car from TATA is more difficult than buying a gun! I have lost all hope as nothing has come through till date and when I spoke of cancelling the order because of their problems, they told me that they cannot refund the entire amount as some of it will be deducted as cancellation charges. My family has bought cars and no one has faced such harassment as I have with TATA. This seems to be an easy way of earning a few bucks from cancellations which is disgraceful.
