Tata Photon+ — Billed 1213rs even after discontinuation of service

Last month, after being a loyal customer and continuously paying all my bills, i had to shift from Tata Photon+ postpaid to prepaid services due to the financial troubles. In order to do that i had filled my transfer on the last week of June, and i was told that the shift shall be completed (Which has been.)

Now, imagine my surprise when on the first week of July I saw the bill statement of said month which said that i have to pay 1213rs as bill even though they had canceled or so to say, stopped my account.

Now, neither can I use Tata Photon+ for Internet connectivity nor can I ignore this bill payment because no matter what I have to pay it.

Please resolve this issue.
