[Resolved]  Tata Photon - Broadband — Customer Cheating on Excess billing

Tata company cheated us and have collected Rs 951 bill from us unethical way.
We have used Tataphoton internet with the no: [protected].
I have called customer care and raised the request for 3 Months safecustody on 20th October, 2012.
But customer care person has taken it as 3 days , they sent me Rs 951 without any usage.
They cheated customer unethical way.
Now I want them to prove thru
1. Customer care discussion on 20th October , 2012 ( since it is allways recorded)
2. My usage for 3 months
